The layering classes with Altenew focus on the layering of the stamps. Altenew has several really fun layered stamps to choose from. These are used to create depth and dimension in your projects. Below is the stamping chart that comes with the Altenew Vintage Roses Stamp Set that shows how layering these stamps can create a beautiful, realistic flower.
I have this set and a few others from Altenew, that I have enjoyed using in my card-making. I certainly need more practice but I have made some really fun cards using them, including in my feature card below. In addition to the stamp set, I used the following Altenew Inks:
