Exciting News: I’m Officially Dreaming Tree Master Certified!
I’m so thrilled to share some personal crafty news—I’ve officially achieved Dreaming Tree’s Master Certification! This recognition means a lot to me, as it reflects hours of creative work, learning, and dedication to perfecting my paper crafting skills.
But before I dive into what the certification process involves, I have to share some exciting updates from Dreaming Tree itself. Their gorgeous SVG designs are now available on Creative Fabrica! If you’re a fan of digital crafting files, this is BIG news. Whether you opt for their free resources or invest in a subscription, Creative Fabrica opens up a world of creative possibilities—including access to Dreaming Tree’s inspiring projects. What Is Dreaming Tree’s Master Certification?
Now, back to the certification! Dreaming Tree designed this program to challenge crafters and help us push our skills to the next level. Here’s how it works:
- Choose an Advanced Project: Dreaming Tree selected some of their most intricate and detailed projects specifically for this certification. I got to choose a project that spoke to me and showed off my personal style.
- Craft to Perfection: This isn’t just about putting a project together—it’s about making it shine. I focused carefully on assembly accuracy, choosing colors that complemented the design, and adding inking and embossing details to elevate the final look.
- Submit for Evaluation: Once completed, I submitted detailed photos of my finished project. The Dreaming Tree team evaluated it on several key areas:
- Project assembly accuracy
- Color selection
- Inking and embossing techniques
- Quality of photography
- Receive Feedback: I was nervous but excited to hear back. The feedback was thoughtful and encouraging—and I’m thrilled to say that I passed!

Achieving Master Certification isn’t just a title. It’s a recognition of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and creative expression. It’s also a wonderful motivator to keep learning and exploring new techniques in papercraft.
